There is an evil black cloud of negativity spreading out across the Universe. The good Space Bears of Planet Bearia have detected its source: Earth! They send their most famous scientist Bearian Starfish the Third to the far away planet in order to construct his legendary invention, the Love Bomb. Once detonated the Love Bomb will spread its Love Radiation throughout Earth bringing peace and halting the destruction of the Universe by the evil space cloud. Bearian will need the help of his new human friend Randy as the pair are tracked by a rouge FBI agent and a desperate bounty hunter across the globe in their quest to construct a Love Bomb and save the entire Universe!
